Embryo TankThe Embryo TankWe have been focusing on enlarging our herd through substantial Embryo Transfer programs to deal with demand. Through ET work we can increase the numbers yet not compromise on quality. We hold 6 Embryo transfer programs per year here at Eaglehawk. Our success rate has been exceptional over the past 10 years with our flush rates averaging 14 eggs per flush to the Australian average of 7. This has led to us expanding our services in this area. We have installed a purpose built embryo collection area, donor paddocks and laboratory. We are now taking in cows from other breeders who would like to speed up their genetic progress and don't have the time or expertise.

We also offer a lease mating of our donor cows for flushing at a pre arranged price and we sell pregnant recipients under forward contracts.
